Kosmetyki organiczne

Cześć dziewczyny! Ostatnio naczytałam się o szkodliwych składnikach w naszych kosmetykach! Balsamy do ciała, kremy do twarzy, mleczka, szampony, wszystkie kosmetyki których używamy codziennie są nafaszerowane chemią która nam szkodzi.
Zaciekawiło mnie to strasznie, więc zaczęłam szukać w internecie informacji jak interpretować składy tych wszystkich kosmetyków i jakich substancji w składzie unikać, okazało się jednak, ze to jest w ogóle tak głęboki temat, że ho ho !!
Generalnie prawie wszystko czego uzywamy zawiera składniki których w składzie nie powinno byc!
Znalazłam informację na temat kosmetyków organicznych, które zawierają substancję naturalne i nieszkodliwe dla nas.
I teraz pytanie czy używacie takich kosmetyków, są one skuteczne, polecacie konkretne firmy?
takim kosmetykom przyznawane są certyfikaty tylko pytanie czy każdy produkt z tym certyfikatem jest dobry?
Czekam na wasze opinie, czy naprawdę warto zainwestować pieniądze w takie kosmetyki?

Aktualnie zastanawiam sie nad serum z witaminą C od Olivia plum (patrzyłam na skład i wydaje mi się ok). Czy któras z Was używała moze tego serum?

A ile miesięcznie wydajecie na kosmetyki?

Zależy czego w danym miesiącu brakuje i co kto używa. Ja np sie nie maluję, więc co miesiąc kupuję np żel pod prysznica i jakiś ładny balsam, farba do włosów, to takie moje miesięczne priorytety. Oczywiście drobne wydatki, gdy cos mi się zepsuje lu gdy braknie. W Tym miesiącu pierwszy raz od dwóch lat mam plan wydać na siebie okolo 700 zł- na ciuchy letnie, a co z tego wyjdzie to wielka niewiadoma.

Kosmetyki kupuję głównie przez internet, jest taniej i w sumie większy wybór. Polecam szczególnie sklep Cocolita https://www.cocolita.pl/garnier-botanic-therapy . Aktualnie mają tam niezłe promocje na garniera.

Ja staram sięjak najwięcej kosmetyków robić w domu bo wbrew pozorom nie jest to trudne ani czasochłonne. Pomadkę robię raz na kilka miesięcy, zamiast toniku używam naparu z szałwii a punktowo stosuję olej migdałowy.

Oczyszczenie twarzy, serum z retinolem wieczorem ja mam z the ordinary I polecam ale duzo tego na rynku ( zacznij na poczatek 2 razy w tyg), krem nawilzajacy wieczorem.
Rano umycie I krem spf50 (ja polecam la Roche posay anti age ale mozesz inne)

Zasadniczo certyfikowany może być każdy produkt, który zawiera składniki organiczne, czyli pochodzące z upraw ekologicznych. Oczywiście, w skład takiego kosmetyku mogą również wchodzić tzw. substancje pomocnicze, które są odpowiedzialne np. za konsystencję czy trwałość kosmetyku (żadna z nas nie chce kupić kremu, który po tygodniu zacznie brzydko pachnieć, albo się zwarzy...)   

Kosmetyk nie otrzyma natomiast certyfikatu, jeśli posiada w swoim składzie m.in. sztuczne barwniki, syntetyczne substancje zapachowe, a tym bardziej silikony, parabeny, oleje mineralne, czy SLS.

Składniki, które mogą brzmieć "sztucznie", ale NIE SĄ ani szkodliwe, ani nie wpływają na proces certyfikacji, to np:
Sodium Benzoate
Benzyl Alcohol
Cetearyl Glucoside
Sodium Dehydroacetate
... i inne.

Ważne jest, że jeśli na kosmetyku jest napisane np. 98% składników pochodzenia naturalnego, to nie oznacza to, że kosmetyk jest naturalny.

Weźmy na przykład Tocopherol - składnik o działaniu antyoksydacyjnym. W kosmetyku "pochodzenia naturalnego składnik ten może być w 50% pozyskany ze źródeł naturalnych, albo jest syntetycznie zmodyfikowanym wariantem "naturalnej" witaminy E.
W kosmetyku ORGANICZNYM, tocopherol będzie występował naturalnie, w efekcie użycia np. oleju z orzechów lub oliwy z oliwek.

Wniosek - jesteśmy naturą, więc korzystajmy z natury. Najlepiej stosować TYLKO kosmetyki ORGANICZNE, w ostateczności sięgać po kosmetyki ze składem w 80-95% naturalnym.
